Can't even really be bothered writing this after having written to sweatband.com 8 times to complain already but for the benefit of others.... in summary. Ordered 3 items, one item said due in stock 7-10 days the other 2 were fine. 4 weeks later, still no delivery, website still says 7-10 days for out of stock item. I, the customer, have to contact to ask what is happening. Told the item is expected back in stock the end of the first week of Sept (a little over 2 weeks away), not 7-10 days but at a stretch you could maybe say 10 business days, anywho. Comes to the Fri of that first week, not only have I still not had the other two items send which I had requested to be sent seperately on my first complaint due to the ongoing delay and lack of communication on their front. Only to be told, the item is still not in stock.No sign of an apology, a refund, a good will gesture, no escalation despite my requests. Overall, just a case of I can cancel the out of stock item and sent the two other items 6 weeks after my initial order date. Pathetic. There was no communication or notification from sweatband until I contacted them to enquire and then no going out their way to help/satisfy a customer order. The missing item is redily available from multiple other stores online and could have been purchase by sweatband and sent to me very easily. The only reason I went with them in the first place was because it was around £1.50 cheaper than else where. £1.50 cheaper to wait 6 weeks, do all the chasing and not even receive the item. Utter shambles.Oh, and as an afterthought. the two items that I did eventually receive were extremely dusty and slightly beat up packaging wise. The items themselves were ok but just another sour note once you've waited that long....

Product makes a clicking sound. Problem is taking too long to resolve.

When my treadmill arrived it was faulty, vibrates so much on the decline I had to get off, I realise this may well be a factory fault and not sweatbands fault, but having reported the issue to sweatband, they have told me it will take a number of working days to get back to me!???Anybody can put an item on a van/lorry have it delivered in time and receive a good review, it's only when things don't run so smoothly that you find out how good they really are at customer service, unfortunately I'm still waiting to find out.

I always use Sweatband for my tennis requirements. Great value and service. Thanks.

The treadmill was faulty, but customer service was very good in dealing with it.

Everything From purchase to delivery was spot on. It seemed unrealistic to take delivery so quickly and I was waiting for something to be delayed but there was nothing wrong at all. There was plenty of communication emails also. Great service and product and I'd recommend Sweatband to anyone. Delivery guys were excellent too.

Everything was perfect, from initial order, updates on delivery and response to queries after delivery. The bike was easy to set up and is great value, very quiet when cycling. Would recommend both Sweatband and the DKN bike and when connected to Kinomap cycling around the world is great fun.


Ordering was very easy and the del very quick. Very happy with the product, worth every penny. Would recommend this site and product without any hesitation what so ever.

Still not received item have emailed multiple times no response!

I ordered two weights and only one arrived. However this was dealt with very promptly and the second one was soon sent.

The original machine went astray leading to a week delay but a helpful person did sort it out. I think the machine is great and am getting exactly what I hoped for. It squeaks a bit in cross training mode, but I will see if it needs tightening up or something. The assembly instructions are easy to follow made simple because the screws and bolts are set out separately for each step. If it had been delivered first time I would have given 5 stars.

We purchased a Proforma running machine at the end of July. We should have known we would have problems as the delivery team couldn't deliver it to the end of the garden without damaging something!!. We contacted Sweat Band in October to advise that the running machine was broken. We went back and forth as they couldn't find the correct details and it was only when I threatened trading standards they confirmed an engineer would attend. I chased them weekly for a date for the engineer. They could not confirm a date until two weeks ago. Roll on to December and the engineer was meant to turn up today for the first time and no show. Of course you can't get through to Sweat band to complain. The engineer said he is fully booked until well into the New Year. This is not acceptable. The engineer apparently (according to Sweatband two weeks ago) would have the part on board. No apology, explanation NOTHING from Sweatband or the engineer. I would recommend you do not buy from this company. Next Step. SOLICITOR......
